In 2025, the USOPC harnessed the extraordinary momentum of recent years – from awe-inspiring triumphs to soaring fan support and record-breaking fundraising – and transformed it into lasting impact for Team USA and the future of sport. Athlete care was further integrated across the organization as preparations for Milano-Cortina 2026 accelerated; the USOPC continued advancing the Movement on a national and global scale; and engagement with fans, partners and communities deepened. These collective efforts expanded the organization’s impact in new ways and reinforced the unifying power of sport.

    Over the past year, the USOPC enhanced the system supporting Team USA – expanding collaboration with National Governing Bodies (NGBs), bringing more Olympic and Paralympic programs together to share expertise and athlete resources and investing in the people and infrastructure behind athletes. These efforts raised the bar for athlete support and excellence across the Movement.

    The Team USA community showed up in force in 2025, bringing new energy and enthusiasm to the Movement. Fans were eager to engage, the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Foundation achieved another year of record fundraising and USOPC leadership grew on a global scale. The USOPC met the moment through expanded winter trials access, the Team USA Media Summit and the appointment of Coach Snoop as Team USA’s first Honorary Coach – efforts that deepened connection ahead of Milano-Cortina 2026.
