The energy around Team USA doesn’t fade in a non-Games year; it builds. In 2025, momentum from the Paris 2024 Games carried into defining moments, from the inaugural Pre-Games Athlete Summit and 100 Days Out event, to Games Trials and cultural milestones, including the USOPC welcoming Snoop Dogg as an official member and first Honorary Coach of Team USA.

The appointment of Coach Snoop built on the energy he brought to Paris in 2024, motivating Team USA athletes on the road to Milano-Cortina 2026. His presence didn’t just rally athletes – it inspired fans and employees, too. That energy helped generate a record 1.2 billion impressions, more than 900 placements across earned and social media, 150 reposts and a surge in social media followers for the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Foundation (USOPF).

This momentum also came to life in early demand for Milano-Cortina 2026 tickets and Team USA gear with sustained, high engagement across Team USA channels. Fans didn’t wait for the Games to connect – they followed earlier, engaged more often and stayed closer to athletes throughout the year than ever before.

That excitement was matched by growing investment. The USOPF delivered another record-setting year which, combined with expanded corporate partnerships, unlocked new resources for athletes. This included $115 million in transformational support for the Stevens Awards, which redefined what financial security looks like for Team USA athletes. Engagement from a growing community of fans, donors and partners expanded what’s possible for athletes on and off the field of play.
