2024 USOPC-NGB Medical Conference

    Join us for the fourth annual USOPC-NGB Medical Conference! We are excited to offer this event both in-person at the Colorado Springs Olympic & Paralympic Training Center (OPTC) and virtually from February 8-10, 2024 . This multidisciplinary meeting brings together a robust medical community across the Olympic and Paralympic movements to share best practices, discuss USOPC medical resources, present pathways for getting involved with Team USA, hands-on scenarios and trainings and much more.

    There is a limit of 100 attendees for the in-person event with no limit for virtual participation. Registration will be available on a first-come, first-served basis with a deadline three weeks prior to the event (Friday, January 19th, 2024).

    • Pricing

      Non-Physician/Physician in Training:

      • Early bird (Before January 1, 2024): $300
      • Late registration (On or after January 1, 2024): $375

      Conference Attendee (Physician):

      • Early bird (Before January 1, 2024): $400.
      • Late registration (On or after January 1, 2024): $475

      Team USA Athlete (active/currently competing):

      • Free if attending virtually
      • Early bird in-person attendance (before January 1, 2024): $300
      • Late registration in person attendance (On of after January 1, 2024): $375

      The pricing includes both the event fee, as well as the cost of the receptions. If you are traveling with a guest and wish for them to attend an evening reception, there will be an additional cost of $55/person/reception.

    • Accomodations

      The host hotel for the event is the Hilton Garden Inn for a group room rate of $119++/night for a king bed, or $129++/night for 2 queen beds. Located in downtown Colorado Springs, the Hilton Garden Inn is two miles west of the OPTC and less than a mile to the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum where the evening reception will be held.

    • Transportation

      All airport arrivals and departures will be the responsibility of the attendee to secure. We suggest either utilizing Uber/Lyft or Groome Transportation for your transportation needs. Groome's shuttle has a multiple daily shuttles from Denver International Airport to the Antlers Hotel, which is a 4-minute walk or short Uber/Lyft to the Hilton Garden Inn.


      The USOPC will provide a shuttle between the Hilton Garden Inn and the OPTC at the start and end of the meeting each day. A shuttle will also be available from the OPTC to the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum for the evening reception on February 9th.

    • Continuing Education

      The USOPC will provide continuing education credits to athletic trainers, chiropractors (California and Florida)*, physical therapist (California and Colorado), physicians*, physician assistants*, and psychologists*. (CME credits for professions with an * are currently pending approval.)
