During the 2025 Winter Athlete Forum, Team USA AC representatives elected new leadership for the upcoming 2025-2028 quad. These newly elected leaders are poised to continue the Commission's vital work and ensure the voice of Team USA athletes remains strong and effective.

With their diverse backgrounds and extensive experience, the new Chair and Vice Chairs are ready to drive positive change, advocate for athletes' rights, and lead Team USA AC through another successful and impactful quad.

Joel Rosinbum: Chair (Triathlon)
Joel is a four-time USA Paratriathlon national champion and 2015 ITU Aquathlon world champion. He brings extensive leadership experience from roles including having served as Chair of the USA Triathlon Board of Directors since 2021, as Vice Chair of the USA Triathlon Board and as Chair of its Athlete Advisory Council.

"I’m honored and excited to be elected Chair of the Team USA Athletes’ Commission. This Commission is a critical part of the Olympic and Paralympic Movement. The next four years will have opportunities and challenges and I am thrilled to be a part of it."

Greta Neimanas: 1st Vice Chair (Paralympic Cycling)
Greta is a two-time Paralympian and two-time world champion in para-cycling. She joined Team USA AC in 2013, became a leader in 2021, and is a strong advocate for clean sport, having represented athletes on the World Anti-Doping Agency Athletes' Commission.

"To serve as a Vice Chair of the Team USA Athletes’ Commission is truly an honor. This is an exciting time to be a Team USA athlete, and I will work to ensure that our voices our heard as we work to improve our positioning with the movement.”

Morgan Fuller Kolsrud: 2nd Vice Chair (Artistic Swimming)

Morgan began serving on Team USA AC leadership in 2023 after first serving as a Team USA AC alternate beginning in 2016 and as the primary AAC representative in 2018. She has been an athlete representative within USA Artistic Swimming since 2016 and a member of its Board of Directors since 2018. Morgan was also a member of Team USA from 2010-2013, earning a silver medal at the 2011 Pan American Games.

"I look forward to continuing in my role as a Vice Chair of Team USA AC. We made great strides in advocating for athletes’ rights over the last quad and I’m excited to see what our new leadership group can accomplish in the next four years. We will work together as a Commission for the betterment of all Team USA Athletes."
