We strive to provide you and your family with holistic and valuable benefits to support you through all of life's moments. It’s our priority to ensure that you and your family understand your options and feel empowered to choose the benefits that best fit your needs and your budget.
Our team members’ mental and physical health are a top priority to us. We offer two medical plans (PPO and HDHP) to choose from and we pay 80%-85% of the total premiums, depending on the plan. We also offer dental, vision, prescription, cancer, and accidental injury plans to support team members and their families.
We are proud to offer a 403(b) retirement savings plan with an employer match up to 5% after meeting eligibility requirements. All 403(b) contributions are immediately vested for you to keep! We also offer Health Savings Accounts (HSA) with a quarterly employer contribution and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), both with tax advantages. Additionally, we provide income protection programs (e.g., life insurance, disability, AD&D, etc.) with optional buy-up plans.
To support team members who are building their families, we provide several options to help ease the financial burden. For instance, we cover up to a $5,000 lifetime benefit for infertility treatment, as well as an additional $5,000 for adoption-related expenses. Team members are also eligible to receive four weeks of paid time off for parental, adoption, or foster care leave to bond with a new child.
We believe that a healthy balance between work and life is essential in maintaining quality performance. We provide eligible team members with a range of options to take time off and step away from work, including personal, sick, and vacation leave, 13 paid holidays per year, bereavement leave, and up to 8 hours of volunteer time.
The end of the year is an important time for reflection and preparation for the year ahead, and for many it is also a time of connection and celebration with those we love. Each year, we provide additional time off for the working days between December 26 and December 30 for team members to step away from work, spend time with their loved ones, and refresh for the coming year.
Team members have access to on-site gym facilities, mental health resources, and group wellness classes, both in-person and virtual, including physical fitness, cooking classes, and mindfulness sessions. We offer a Wellness Rewards Program where team members can earn wellness discounts on medical premiums and other incentives. We are also excited to provide team members and their families access to Modern Health to support their holistic health and wellbeing through confidential counseling, work-life services, mental health coaching, financial resources, and more. Team members have access to global travel insurance, sponsor discounts, tuition reimbursement, community resource groups (CRGs), and opportunities to support Team USA domestically and internationally at various Games experiences.
