State High School Associations With Adaptive Programming

The states listed below have integrated state championships. There may be specific standards in each state for Para athletes to qualify for the state championship meet. If a state does not have standards for a sport or if there are not specific events at the state championship level, this does not mean that individual high schools have not had Para athletes on the school's sport team.

If your state does not currently have an inclusive state championship, we still encourage you to look into options of participating on your high school sport team of interest.
