While stakeholders were only charged for food and beverage in the private event space in the past, with increased costs in Paris and the desire for an elevated Team USA House experience, the USOPC re-evaluated the value of the private event space. As a result, it was determined that the additional expense of tickets for all private event space patrons was appropriate as a cost control measure. With all private event space attendees receiving the full benefit of Team USA House access before and after their private event, the additional cost will offset the expense of elevating the complete experience. Please note that food and beverage are not allowed in the Le Petit Auditorium, so there are no hospitality costs for event hosts in that space.
Pending capacity restrictions, there are currently no blackout dates/sessions for the first floor or second floor.
We will do everything we can to accommodate all requests. If we are unable to accommodate your request, we will work with each stakeholder lead on additional options and opportunities.
