  • Charmion N. Kinder serves as Director of Development Impact and Communications for the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Foundation (USOPF), where she amplifies the stories of Team USA athletes and advances philanthropic initiatives that fuel their success on and off the field of play. A seasoned strategist at the intersection of storytelling, philanthropy, and social impact, she drives the foundation’s efforts to connect donors, partners, and fans through the unifying power of sport.

    Charmion previously served in both the 44th and 46th Presidential Administrations, holding senior roles in public affairs and engagement. Her government service includes Presidential Appointments as Principal Director of Communications for the Peace Corps; Senior Advisor for Public Engagement and Intergovernmental Affairs in the Office of the Vice President; Assistant Press Secretary at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; Special Assistant at the U.S. Department of Commerce; and Press Aide to the Office of the First Lady.

    Her corporate and nonprofit experience spans influential roles at Global Citizen, The Walt Disney Company, Edelman, and the Ad Council, where she has led initiatives advancing civic engagement and global community impact. A proud graduate of Howard University’s School of Communications and an alumna of Harvard Business School’s Executive Education Program in Corporate Social Responsibility, Charmion is a trusted voice at the intersection of public service, innovation, and purpose-driven leadership.
