Associate Director, Giving Circle
Justine joined the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Foundation in July 2023as the Associate Director of the Giving Circle. An Ohio native, Justine grew up surrounded by sport. After receiving her Master of Business Administration with a specialization in sport and entertainment, she began her career at USA Rugby where she focused on sponsorships. This experience led her to San Francisco, where she worked on Visa’s Olympic and FIFA World Cup hospitality programs.
In 2019, Justine moved to New Orleans to lead events such as CFP’s hospitality program before joining the marketing department at Wounded Warrior Project. In this role, Justine engaged heavily with donors and fundraisers on a daily basis. Based in Denver, Colorado, Justine and her husband welcomed their first child in October 2023.
Justine’s favorite Olympic memory is watching the women’s gymnastics team at the Atlanta Games in1996, a moment that sparked her love for the Olympic and Paralympic movements.
