    • Kate grew up in Colorado playing many sports, but she ultimately found her passion in skiing and golfing. She graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in sports management. Kate moved to Utah shortly after graduating to work for U.S. Ski & Snowboard, where she began her career in fundraising. In 2019, Kate joined the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Foundation, where she was hired to build, manage and fundraise for the Team USA Giving Circle, the USOPF's mid-level giving program. She has since transitioned into a major gift role, overseeing fundraising in the Rockies region.

Kate's favorite Olympic memory is watching her now husband, Nate Roberts, compete in moguls at the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver.
