Achilles has 62 chapters hosting weekly workouts for all abilities and paces in parks around the world. Run, walk or roll as an athlete with a disability or get involved as a volunteer guide.

Through participation, the athlete will realize individual accomplishment, self-esteem, respect for themselves and others. Our vision is a community that creates opportunities and empowers individuals of all abilities through sports and recreation.
City of Phoenix Adaptive Recreation (Daring Adventures)

The goal of Daring Adventures is to bring out the adventurous spirit in everyone. There are many benefits of participating in Daring Adventures programs including the use of specialized adaptive equipment and experienced staff to teach you the fundamentals. The City of Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department supports the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and full inclusion of participants with disabilities. Funding for these programs is generously provided by our non-profit organization, River of Dreams.

SAAVI was formed by two sisters for visually impaired individuals and has made innovative changes in the past 45 years with a goal to provide dynamic and progressive programs and services to meet the needs of people with a vision loss.
University of Arizona Adaptive Athletics

In its 42 year history, Adaptive Athletics has sent 33 athletes to the Paralympics and has won a number of national titles, making this program a leader in the adaptive and wheelchair sports community.
