Continuing the tradition from the Paralympic Games Tokyo 2020, the USOPC is once again tracking all medal-winning performances across Team USA’s college athletes. The below reflects the colleges and universities that have the most U.S. Paralympic medalists in Paris. Unlike Team USA’s official medal count, the 2024 U.S. Paralympic Team College Leaderboard tallies one medal for each athlete on a team that earns gold, silver or bronze. In team sports, one school may have multiple medalists and multiple medals counted toward their tally.
