BY GROWING THE OLYMPIC AND PARALYMPIC MOVEMENTS AND ENGAGING AND RALLYING FANS, DONORS AND PARTNERS AROUND TEAM USA ATHLETES’ INSPIRING FEATS AND STORIES, WE ARE UNIQUELY POSITIONED TO HELP BUILD A BETTER, MORE INCLUSIVE WORLD THROUGH SPORT – A STANDARD WE’RE COMMITTED TO ADVANCING EVERY DAY.

At the USOPC, we see sport as a powerful catalyst for inspiration and unity. Nothing compares to the purity of competition and what it represents for human potential. It reminds us of what we’re truly capable of as a nation. Above all, we value sport itself for more than competition, medals and events. We value it for what it incites: excellence, friendship, respect, determination, equality, inspiration and courage.

Before, during and in the years between the Games, it is through these values of sport that we aspire to further the Olympic and Paralympic movements and to unite fans in celebrating Team USA. Today’s supporters yearn to see themselves in Team USA athletes, by understanding and relating to their lives, challenges and triumphs. Unlike many National Olympic and Paralympic committees, the USOPC does not receive any government funding, so support from our fans, donors and partners is critical to ensuring each member of Team USA has the opportunity to compete.

Financial Summary

Team USA fan and USOPC Donor Eddy Cue speaks at a podium.
“Team USA athletes are endlessly inspiring, and I am proud to help support them as they pursue their dreams. I contribute to the technology and innovation fund so that when our athletes reach the starting line, they have every resource they need to succeed. The fund not only helps athletes improve by fractions of an inch or a second, it also focuses on preventing athlete injury and illness so our olympians and paralympians can optimize their well-being.”
