Member Organizations
Per Section 8 of the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee’s Bylaws, the USOPC certifies and collaborates with organizations that are actively engaged in the administration of one or more sports on the program for the Olympic, Paralympic, Pan American or Para Pan American Games. Certified organizations become National Governing Bodies for their sport(s) - responsible for training, competition and development for their sports, and the USOPC partners with them through numerous services and oversight functions to ensure strong sport organizations and communities. A full list of NGBs is available below.
