    Senior Vice President, Chief of Development Operations

  • Renée Dorris serves as the Chief of Development Operations for the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Foundation. In this role, she leads development operations and donor experience functions, ensuring excellence in data and technology, events and communications to cultivate a strong connection between donors and Team USA.


    Prior to joining the USOPF in 2023, Renée spent eight years at Doctors Without Borders USA. During her tenure, she held various marketing and operations positions in fundraising, most recently serving as Chief of Staff in Development. Renée’s expertise in fundraising strategy, cross-functional collaboration, data and state-of-the-art technology provides a strong foundation for the USOPF on the road to the Olympic and Paralympic Games Los Angeles 2028.

     

    Originally from Australia, Renée began her career in Sydney before taking on various marketing roles in the Netherlands and London. In 2015, she made her way to the U.S., and established herself in New York, where she lives today with her family. Renée has unique ties to sport as a women’s second black belt karate champion, winning multiple state, national and international championships for kumite, while also placing for kata. Her favorite Olympic moment was watching Australian 400-meter champion Cathy Freeman win gold at the Olympic Games Sydney 2000.
