What Drives Our Impact
At the heart of a global, multi-sport ecosystem, the USOPC is a purpose-driven organization focused on holistically caring for and supporting Team USA while advancing the greater Olympic and Paralympic Movement. Our mission, core principles and core values are realized through three impact areas: Athlete Excellence, Sport Advancement and Community Growth.

The USOPC also continued cultivating an ecosystem as diverse as the country we represent – from our healthcare providers to our USOPC employees.
