2026 Qualified U.S. College Athletes

The American collegiate athletics system plays a vital role in Team USA’s success on the Olympic stage. Of the collective 232 U.S. athletes competing in Milano Cortina, nearly 40% (88 athletes) competed collegiately at 54 different schools. Five teams have at least 75% collegiate participation on their U.S. Olympic rosters, including: bobsled, cross country skiing, men’s ice hockey, women’s ice hockey and skeleton. College athlete representation on the 2026 U.S. Olympic Team spans all three NCAA Divisions (I, II and III), as well as collegiate club programs.
