Continuing the tradition from past Olympic Games, the USOPC is once again tracking all medal-winning performances across Team USA’s college athletes. The below reflects the colleges and universities that have the most U.S. Olympic medalists in Milano Cortina. Unlike Team USA’s official medal count, the 2026 U.S. Olympic Team College Leaderboard tallies one medal for each athlete on a team that earns gold, silver or bronze. In sports like ice hockey, one school may have multiple medalists and multiple medals counted toward their tally.
