  • 2024 was a landmark year for the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Foundation (USOPF), driven by the public launch of One for All: The Campaign for Team USA – a historic effort to expand athlete support on the road to Los Angeles 2028. The USOPF surpassed an already record-breaking fundraising year in 2023 by more than $25 million and closed the four-year measurement period with $225 million in commitments, an 80% increase over the previous cycle. More than 14,000 new donors contributed to the mission, helping expand access to critical athlete support. Donor impact was felt at Paris 2024 and beyond, from funding nine mental health officers on-site to providing tuition assistance for 462 athletes – nearly half of the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic teams. These contributions ensure athlete support not only during competition but year-round.

Donor and Partner Engagement#

  • In 2024, the strength of the Team USA community was on full display – nowhere more so than through the generosity of donors and the commitment of partners. Alongside the enduring support of long-time partners, Team USA welcomed eight new partners, including Michelob ULTRA, Cisco, Autodesk, AXS/Eventim, Cedars-Sinai, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Guild and Google. Their support helped deliver a world-class experience in the lead-up to, during and following Paris 2024, and fueled the critical programs that prepared athletes for success.

Before the Games even began, digital giving surged. During the Trials period alone, the USOPF saw a 23% increase in online donations and a 40% increase in digital gifts compared to Tokyo 2020. In total, the Digital Annual Fund raised $244,000 during the Paris 2024 Games cycle. Whether first-time contributors or longtime champions, fans answered the call, proving that every gift makes a difference.

In Paris, the USOPF hosted its largest-ever donor hospitality program, offering supporters exclusive access to competitions, personal interactions with athletes and unforgettable cultural experiences. Spanning five immersive programs, the initiative created deeper, more personal connections between donors and the Team USA athletes they champion.

  • One for All: The Campaign for Team USA

Inspired by the power of sport and the momentum of Paris 2024, the USOPF launched One for All: The Campaign for Team USA – a historic $500 million fundraising effort on the road to Los Angeles 2028. As the most ambitious campaign in USOPF history, One for All aims to expand support at every stage of the athlete journey.

The campaign invited fans to play a role in shaping the future of Team USA, from one-time gifts to legacy contributions. Funds raised directly benefit resources such as mental health services, training and travel grants, coaching and career and education programs. By investing in Team USA now, supporters are helping ensure that athletes not only reach their dreams of today but thrive for generations to come.

  • Mark and Mary Stevens Gift

Longtime champions of Team USA, Mark and Mary Stevens deepened their legacy in 2024 with a record-breaking $25 million contribution – the largest in USOPF history. Inspired by their experience at the Paris Games and more than a decade of involvement, the Stevens renewed their commitment to helping athletes thrive both on and off the field of play.

Their transformational gift will expand access to world-class coaching, wellness programs, education and post-competition career development. It ensures more athletes have the resources they need to pursue lifelong success.

As avid supporters of Team USA for over a decade, we’ve seen firsthand how our gifts have impacted U.S. Olympians and Paralympians. The passion and energy of our community of supporters is extraordinary, and we can’t wait to help grow this support network for Team USA on the road to LA28.”
