Sport Ecosystem Expansion#

  • In 2024, the USOPC continued to increase Olympic and Paralympic sport opportunities through strategic partnerships and collegiate engagement. • Allocating our Resources

In 2024, the USOPC launched a unified resource allocation process, marking a major shift in how funds and services are distributed to NGBs. Funding teams were brought together under one strategic plan, guided by clear principles and a shared commitment to clarity and transparency. The result: a more equitable, streamlined process that reflects the specific needs of each sport. NGBs now have better visibility into how and why funding decisions are made, creating stronger alignment, long-term planning capabilities and greater trust across the ecosystem.
